Production + Shipping : ~7-12 weeks

Once your package has been handed over to our carrier, every orders will receive a tracking link via e-mail upon shipping.

On all our orders we offer:

• Free shipping for pre made and orders over £150 (2-4 working days)

• International shipping £14-£35 (2-4 working days) – please note that shipping for certain countries may take longer.

• Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout to receive shipping update and tracking

• All import taxes or duties imposed by your country are covered by us for Pre-Orders ONLY

To start an exchange, contact our customer service team at hannovae@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or feedback on how we can improve our products.

Customers are responsible for covering the re-shipment fees for returned items. Once we receive and inspect your exchanged item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Exchanges are only possible if we hold your required size in stock. Exchanges will then be processed within 1-2 working days.

For a smooth exchange process, customers must provide proof of return shipment, including a tracking number, to ensure timely processing.
