    Once your package has been handed over to our carrier, every orders will receive a tracking link via e-mail upon shipping.

    On all our orders we offer:

    • Free shipping within the United Kingdom (1-2 working days)

    • International shipping via UPS £14-£35 (2-4 working days) – please note that shipping for certain countries may take longer.

    • We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties imposed by your country. Please consider this when placing your order.

  • To start an exchange, contact our customer service team at hannovae@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or feedback on how we can improve our products.

    Customers are responsible for covering the reshipment fees for returned items. Once we receive and inspect your exchanged item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Exchanges are only possible if we hold your required size in stock. Exchanges will then be processed within 1 working day.


    For a smooth exchange process, customers must provide proof of return shipmen    t, including a tracking number, to ensure timely processing.
